Trout Art Supply was established in 2007 to create an alternate supply source for all types of artists, with a focus on aerosol artists. Our goal is to supply new products and existing products at competitive prices as well as to track down closeout and bargain deals and pass the savings on to the artist. Our company is small but growing, and we are constantly adding new and unique product to support the needs of our clientele.

At Trout Art Supply, our focus is on the North American market though we can and will work with our customers in different regions of the world. Shipping

We attempt to ship all items within 3 days of order. Normally we try to ship faster, but in some instances orders can take longer. If there is an issue with an order, we will notify customers as soon as possible. Shipping times noted with shipping costs are estimates and can take longer in time of transit than stated, please be aware of this. It is very important for us to have a phone number with any orders that are shipping using the FedEx method. It is a requirement for us to input your order into their software, and also so they can get in touch in the event of an issue delivering your order. All aerosol orders must ship using the FedEx Ground/Home Delivery option.

Your Personal Information

Your personal information safety is very important to us. We have an SSL certificate and use Paypal to process all credit cards.We do not see or have access to your financial information and any other information collected is kept from  third parties. The only thing we may use your information for is for email/newsletter purposes which can be opted out of. Our storefront asks for customers to sign in for orders, this is just to speed along the checkout process and is in no way required to place an order.
